The Watchsmith Warranty

Every timepiece from The Watchsmith is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our watches and are proud to offer a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
 
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty applies exclusively to watches purchased directly from The Watchsmith or authorized retailers. It covers:
  • Manufacturing defects in the movement of the watch under normal conditions of use.
If a defect covered by this warranty is identified, The Watchsmith will, at our discretion:
  • Repair the movement, or
  • Replace the watch with the same model (or a model of equal value if unavailable).
 
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap wear, etc.)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
  • Water damage (unless the watch is specifically rated for water resistance and used accordingly)
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Loss or theft
 
How to Make a Warranty Claim
  1. Contact us at thewatchsmithco@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  2. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the watch.
  3. You are responsible for shipping costs when sending the watch to us. If the claim is valid, return shipping of the repaired or replaced watch will be covered by The Watchsmith.
 
Limitations of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the watch movement as described above. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Watchsmith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the watch.
