At The Watchsmith, each timepiece is crafted with precision and care. Because our watches are made-to-order, shipping times include both production and delivery. Please review the details below before placing your order.

 

1. Order Processing & Production

  • Design Confirmation: Orders are reviewed and finalized within 1 business day of purchase.
  • Crafting Period: Each watch is individually crafted, requiring approximately 1–3 weeks for production.
  • Dispatch: Completed orders are packaged and dispatched within 24 hours of final assembly.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We proudly ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete:

  • Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance)

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country of residence.

 

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

 

5. Risk of Loss & Liability

  • Risk of loss and ownership of items transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
  • The Watchsmith is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout.
  • Orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not the responsibility of The
