Thank you for choosing The Watchsmith. We want you to love your timepiece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, protective films, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Customized or engraved watches are non-returnable unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, final sale items, and customized products cannot be returned.
- Watches showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects are ineligible.
Return Process
- Contact us at thewatchsmithco@gmail.com with your order number to initiate the return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Ship the watch securely in its original packaging to the provided return address.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
