6.1. All watches purchased from The Watchsmith include a one (1) year limited warranty covering movement only.
6.2. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
6.3. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or anything else listed under the warranties policy .
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on our website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, product descriptions, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of The Watchsmith. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
